1. Acceptance

By using Quecli, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Quecli provides WhatsApp appointment management, Google listing management, and review management tools for independent medical clinics in India.

3. Clinic responsibilities

• Clinics are the data fiduciary for their patients.
• Clinics must not use Quecli to solicit reviews from specific patients or filter who receives feedback requests.
• WhatsApp templates must only be used for transactional/utility purposes.

4. Prohibited uses

• Mass marketing or unsolicited messages.
• Storing sensitive health data beyond what is required for appointment management.
• Violating Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or Google's Business Profile policies.

5. Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly. No refunds for partial months. 14-day notice required to cancel.

6. Limitation of liability

Quecli is not liable for WhatsApp delivery failures, Google API outages, or regulatory actions against individual clinics.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes to be resolved in Mumbai courts.
